Refund policy

    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect upon arrival.

    2. Defective or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:
    • A detailed explanation of the issue.
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or incorrect item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original packaging).

    3. Eligibility for Exchange

    A exchange will only be granted if:
    • The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
    • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

    We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange requests if the product has been installed, washed, dyed, combed, or altered in any way.

    4. Exchange Process
    • If approved processed within 5-7 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

    5. Exchanges

    If eligible, we will replace defective or incorrect items with the correct product. 

    6. Cancellations
    • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
    • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
