Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Since our hair is 100% raw and sourced directly from India, some textures may take longer to restock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping Time & Rates
• We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
• Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
• We offer worldwide shipping! International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Tracking Your Order
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
• If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Address Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot make changes once an order has been processed.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.

Order Delays
• During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing and shipping times may be extended.
• Unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are out of our control, but we will do our best to assist you.
