• Once your order is placed and measurements are approved, no refunds or cancellations are accepted.

• This includes custom wigs, half wigs, closure wigs, frontal wigs, and full lace wigs.

• Each wig is custom-made to your specifications and requires approximately 2 weeks for production before shipment.

• A confirmation email will be sent when your custom wig is complete and ready to ship.
